This is my last post from China. I've been packing all morning and I'm heading to the Foster Home to say goodbye to everyone. Cry, cry. Although, I miss American food, Diet Coke (coca-cola light is not the same), and I've had dreams about my Blackberry, I don't want to leave. My heart hurts. I can't wait for the day I leave China with my daughter. I'm going to write her a letter today and save it for her. I want her to know that many, many years before she was born I wanted her and loved her. There are so many photos and stories; I will post more when I arrive home.

I'm so sad that you are gone!! I miss you already. I had such a fun time with you... even if I was sick in bed part of the time. Anyway, know that I think you are already an incredible blessing to so many children...and I know someday the perfect baby will be going home with you.

Oh, Jill. That is so sweet. I really cannot wait for that day to come! She is going to be the luckiest little girl in the world, because you are going to be the most wonderful mom.

Wishing you very safe travels home. I know you are sad, but you did an amazing thing!

Can't wait to talk to you once you're back.

I know this is very hard on you. God is faithful and true to His Word. He knows your heart and hears all of our prayers. We just can't wait for those prayers to be answered.
Love, Mom

Oh Jill, what a bittersweet post. How difficult it must be to have to say goodbye to your new friends. :)
I love that you are writing a letter to your future daughter. I love and admire the FAITH it takes to even do that. :) Don't add too many years (as in many, many years).....you just never know!!! :) I hope (and will pray) that China comes sooner than expected!!
I'm glad you had such a special and enriching time that not only made you a better person, but also each little boy and girl you spent time these last several days. :)
